Migrant Justice Organizing and Resistance in Montreal
Photos presented by Solidarity Across Borders
September-December 2008
A photo exhibit documenting the organizing of Solidarity Across Borders (SAB) and allied groups will be displayed at various locations in Montreal this fall and winter. The exhibit is comprised of 24 medium-sized photographs, mounted on 12 black frames, with descriptive captions. The exhibit is also accompanied by silhouettes representing Montreal migrants who have resisted removal in the past several years. The photos are a partial and incomplete glimpse into the diverse organizing that constitutes migrant justice struggle in Montreal.
