New BC Residential Tenancy Act Now LawJanuary 5, 2004 - 12:00am
The new Residential Tenancy Act (RTA) came into force on January 1, 2004. The new act is set out in Residential Tenancy Act 1992 (Bill 70), and is amended by Tenancy Statutes Amendment Act 2003 (Bill 77).
