Homelessness: It's No Game

An SFU graduate student has created a game that puts the player in the role of a homeless woman. The game involves moving the woman around a simple map trying to forage for bottles and items to sell, looking for food, shelter, and a toilet while avoiding the police and other hazards. The instructions say, "Congratulations: you're living in one of the most desirable cities in the world. Unfortunately it's also one of the most unaffordable cities and you're out on the street with no home to call your own." You can play Homelessness: It's No Game on the site.
