The International Movement ATD Fourth World (Canada) is a non-governmental organization that engages individuals and institutions in support of the efforts of the very poor to free themselves from extreme poverty. Emphasizing education, creative expression, and civic involvement, ATD Fourth World Movement programs include street libraries, skill-sharing and job training projects, holiday centers, poverty research and publications, discussion forums and representation at local, national and international levels.
