Recommendation: A National Anti-Poverty Law

The Canadian Association of Food Banks submission to the Standing Committee on Finance Hunger in Canada: The Federal Role in the Social Contract (in PDF) includes, among others, a recommendation that the right to food be enshrined in law. This submission used data from the 2004 Hunger Count report (in PDF) to build its arguments.
