The Office of the Commissioner of Review Tribunals (OCRT) organizes a Review Tribunal when a person appeals a Reconsideration decision made by Social Development Canada (SDC) about their Canada Pension Plan or Old Age Security benefits.

Eligibility

To be successful in a Canada Pension Plan (CPP) appeal, you need to prove your entitlement to a CPP benefit.
