More than 50 pieces of art created by professional artists and community members, including ex-residents are on exhibit on the boarded up windows of the Little Mountain Housing complex. The Little Mountain complex is the oldest social housing project in Vancouver and is slated for demolition to make way for market housing. Activists want the site reopened to house homeless and underhoused people. The site is likely to remain empty until it is redeveloped in 2011.
