BC Housing doesn't have specific applications for aboriginal people but they say aboriginal people may be eligible for some of their other programs including, the Rental Assistance Program and Subsidized housing. BC Housing also has two other housing programs for Aboriginal peoples currently under development: the Aboriginal Housing Initiative, to help build new, affordable housing off-reserve and also, the Aboriginal Homeless Outreach Program, to directly engage homeless Aboriginal people living on the streets.
