According to the Office of the Commissioner of Review Tribunals, a person who has received a Reconsideration decision from HRSDC concerning their application for CPP or OAS benefits, may initiate an appeal with the OCRT (Office of Commissioner of Review Tribunals). The OCRT then organizes a Review Tribunal to hear the appeal and manages the appeal process.
