The British Columbia Public Interest Advocacy Centre is a non-profit society that advances the interests of groups that are generally unrepresented or underrepresented in issues of major public concern including residential consumers and other disadvantaged groups by advancing their interests before the courts, coordinating with other service providers and providing legal services, information and education.
