Provides information, general advocacy, referrals, and support for individuals requiring assistance with issues such as welfare, Housing, CPP, OAS/GIS, Residential Tenancy etc… The Wilson Heights Advocacy Program has been in operation for over 10 years and is part of the congregation’s commitment to ending poverty, hunger and loneliness in our community. Advocacy services are provided in partnership with the Vancouver South Presbytery of the United Church of Canada.
All services provided by the Advocacy Program are free, confidential and available to all regardless of religious affiliation (or lack thereof). It is the advocate’s job to promote your interests!
