New fact sheets available from tenants rights group

The Tenants Rights Action Coalition (TRAC) has a new series of Tenants Rights fact sheets available on their web site. They can be downloaded using Acrobat Reader; if that's a problem, contact TRAC at 604-255-3099, #100 or email them at and they will send you a copy that you can photocopy. The fact sheets are also available in Chinese, Vietnamese, Spanish and Tagalog. Fact sheet topics include:

  • Moving in and paying rent
  • Checklists when you move in or out
  • Finding out who your landlord is

  • Privacy and quiet enjoyment
