Keep Your Promises BC!

The Office of the Child, Youth and Family Advocate urges the British Columbia government to get on with the implementation of the promises they made to children and youth of the province. In an October 31, 2001 press release they say the 2002 budget for the Ministry of Children and Family Development and related ministries should specifically reflect the resources required to implement these commitments. (Our apologies for not being able to provide a link - the press release has since been removed from the Youth and Family Advocate site.)
