Internet Connects a Homeless NationFebruary 14, 2006 - 12:00am
"The Homeless Nation is committed to building and strengthening communities, both virtual and actual. To this end, the Homeless Nation project will go on location across Canada to collect stories, video and pictures. Each person who contributes will have the opportunity to share their stories, unique philosophies and points of view with other Canadians. As well, this site provides an opportunity for the general public to interact and learn more about Canada’s homeless population. We believe social change is an interactive process, and HomelessNation.org is a means to starting this national dialogue." ( categories: Online Resources | Canada | Homelessness | Organizing )
