The Dalhousie Legal Aid Service in Halifax, Nova Scotia has created a Tenants' Rights Website. There is a Tenant Rights Guide to help tenants understand their legal rights on this site. There are also links to important documents that you'll need to fill out if you are involved with Residential Tenancies in Nova Scotia.
