Falling Fortunes project is a two-year national project which aims to identify strategies to improve the income and wages, including the living wage, of young families and their children. The Falling Fortunes website has many links and resources on a living wage, as well as the report, Raising the Falling Fortunes of Young Families with Children.

Kelowna Community Resources is a searchable online database of community resources from across the central Okanagan.

The BC Coalition of People with Disabilities (BCCPD) is working with Woodlands School survivors for their struggle for justice and compensation. Woodlands School was a provincial residential institution for thousands of children deemed to have mental disorders. It was closed in 1996 after students alleged that they were subject to abuse at the school. BCCPD has a Woodlands Campaign webpage with information on the campaign and how to get involved.

The fifth edition of the Single Mothers' Survival Guide is now online. The guide has information for single mothers in Nova Scotia on accessing social assistance, legal aid, child support, and other social services. It also has a guide on how to become politically active and some stories and interviews with single moms.

Justice for Girls has a number of online resources - a Girls' Rights Card, Rights of Incarcerated Girls in BC Facts Sheet, and reports, articles and links on girls and the criminal justice system.

"The Saskatoon Downtown Youth Center Inc. (EGADZ) is a community based inter-agency organization that provides resources and actively supports services that empower youth at risk to help themselves to reach their full potential. EGADZ provides a safe acceptable place for youth at risk with links to the families, and has the support of the community. EGADZ has youth involved in expressing their needs and determining services they require meeting them."

Justice for Youth is a site supported by the Calgary John Howard Society and created and maintained by a group of youth from Calgary. These youth vary, some are young people who live at home with their parents and have never been in trouble with the law. Some are youth in care or youth in/from custody. What bonds them together is that they all want to make a difference. They all are working, side by side to help ensure that youth can get the facts around the justice system; in hopes that there online peers will make positive choices.

The E-Digest (published by the National Children's Alliance) is a network of 69 national organizations committed to improving the lives of children and youth in Canada.

Throughout the province of British Columbia, First Call contacts will be holding Stone Soups to raise awareness on Child Poverty. The site also links to the Report Card on Child Poverty, statistics about poverty, and Campaign 2000, a campaign committed to the elimination of child and family poverty.
