The Residential School Settlement website is the official Court website for the settlement of the Residential Schools Class Actions Litigation. The site is available in English, French and Inuktitut. The Indian residential schools settlement has been approved by the Courts. Now, former students and their families must decide whether to stay in the settlement or remove themselves (opt out). The site has updates on the settlement, applications for claims and opting out, as well as other information.
